Shipping Policy
Fulfillment & Processing All orders are fulfilled on-demand through our production partner. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States.
Shipping Options At checkout, you can choose between:
Standard Shipping — available for most destinations
Express Shipping — available for most destinations (Cyprus, Hong Kong, and Malta: Express only)
Exact rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs & Duties For orders shipped outside the EU (e.g., United Kingdom, Hong Kong), customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
