Shipping policy

Free U.S. standard shipping on orders $45+

U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $45 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping, qualify for free standard shipping. No code is needed; select the free standard shipping option at checkout. Orders below $45 and orders outside the United States use the shipping rates shown at checkout. U.S. standard shipping on orders under $45 is calculated by weight and is typically about $7–$10 for one or two items.

Where your order ships from

We fulfill orders through two regional centers:

United States: All orders delivered to US addresses ship from our US fulfillment center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Domestic fulfillment helps reduce transit time and avoids international import customs processing for your delivery.
Europe: Orders for customers in the EU and the UK are processed and shipped from Latvia.

Using a fulfillment center closer to your delivery location helps reduce transit time. Preparation time and shipping time are separate; please see the details below.

Preparing and shipping your order

Each order is prepared on demand through our production partner. Please allow 5–7 business days for production and preparation before shipment. Shipping time is additional and depends on your destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery: once your order ships, standard delivery usually takes about 2–5 days within the United States, the EU and the UK. Most orders therefore arrive about 9–14 days after you order. These are estimates, not guarantees; your tracking email shows the carrier’s current delivery date.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping destinations

We ship only to the United States, the United Kingdom, and all 27 European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We do not currently offer shipping to any other destinations.

Shipping options

At checkout, you can choose between:

Standard Shipping — available for most destinations
Express Shipping — available for most destinations (Cyprus and Malta: Express only)
Exact rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Customs and duties

United States: US orders ship domestically from Charlotte, North Carolina, so your delivery does not require international import customs clearance or incur import duties. Applicable sales tax is separate.

European Union: Orders ship from our European fulfillment center in Latvia. No import duties or customs taxes apply to these intra-EU shipments, and import customs clearance is not normally required.

United Kingdom: Orders ship from Latvia and may be subject to customs processing, which can delay delivery. Import taxes and duties may apply. Any applicable charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
