Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We offer the following 14-day right of withdrawal to all customers, wherever you live.

Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last item.

You can use the "Withdraw from contract here" function on our website or the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. Please return the goods to ECHTHAUT, PO Box 33, Marco Island, FL 34146, United States, unless we instruct you otherwise. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exception: opened hygiene products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery. Unopened products with their seal intact can be returned as described above.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with your order number, a short description and photos. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected by this policy.

Lost orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Cancelling before shipment

Because every order is made fresh, please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and refund you in full. After shipment, your right of withdrawal described above applies.
